写的那篇健身房的，机经里有，因为有了个新泳池所以更多人用了
“After opening the new swimming pool early last summer, Take Heart saw a 12 percent
increase in the use of the center by its members. Therefore, in order to increase
membership in Take Heart, we should continue to add new recreational facilities in
subsequent years: for example, a multipurpose game room, a tennis court, and a miniature
golf course. Being the only center in the area offering this range of activities would give us
a competitive advantage in the health and recreation market.”
我当时其实没有复习到这个机经，只是8 月机经出来之前看7 月的时候它比较靠前正好看
到过有印象，但还好这篇作文不难，所以自己也能找到攻击点。
我写了：
1: 错误因果假设——新泳池未必是increase 的原因，可能是因为center 有减价，或者更新
了其他设施，也可能是因为假期所以大家都来健身
2: gratuitous assumption：新增设施就能increase revenue?还要考虑到cost(buy，
maintain)，那么大的投入不一定能被offset 掉
3: Being the only center in the area offering this range of activities?未必。反而竞争will
soon heat up, 因为rivals 会看到这样做有利可图的话会迅速效仿，就不能保证市场上一枝
独秀的地位了之类的…… 反正写下来还挺顺的第一次写作文用了这么短时间幸好状态

【参考思路】
1.错误因果关系：不能因为先建了游泳池然后使用率增加了就认为是游泳池导致了使用率
增加，也许是有节假日或者天气适合锻炼，或者马上要夏天了大家要减肥，所以锻炼的人__多了
2.建立这么多新的设施必然会有很多新的投入，这样不一定可以增加收益和竞争优势
3.无关假设: 认为增加游乐项目就能增加会员和利润没有根据。顾客除了要求更多新颖的
游乐设施，对服务的要求和会员fee 也很重要，其他游乐场所降低会员费，提供coupon，
bonus，price advantage 之类的同样也有竞争力
