Focusing one's mind on one thing can make people work efficiently and effectively. It is hard to imagine how someone can work perfectly in an environment where he or she is easily distracted.
2. Under what circumstances can you be easily distracted?
在什么情况下你很容易分心呢?——可以结合自己的情况来说一下，例如：环境噪音：大声说话、音乐声、建筑施工、交通堵塞，或者是电话;心中有事也很容易分心，因为总是想着，很难完全投入。

As far as I am concerned, only two things can distract people. One is the environment. Say, noisy people around, loud music, construction noise, traffic sound or even an incoming call can all get me distracted; the other one is my mind. If there is something on my mind, I can never concentrated 100%.
3. Are there any good ways to keep focused?
有什么好的方法保持注意力集中呢?——可以根据个人说说，也可以根据你所知道的知识来说。其实总的来说还是要根据个人心态。也可以说说保持注意力集中的具体的做法。这里可以说是一个回答难点。

To me, I think it is all about the mind. Once my mind really focuses on one thing, I can ignore everything around me. But it is always easier said than done.
4. What is importance of patience?
耐心的重要性?——这里说到了耐心，耐心其实是很重要的，是做好工作的前提，一个人如果没有耐心那么很难去做好任何事情。可以这样说“一个有耐心的人不一定能干成功，但是能够成功的人一定有很强的耐力”。耐心是一个人成功之人不可或缺的品质。这里要阐述“耐心”的重要性，是难点二。

It is super important. It is a prerequisite for a stable and good working performance. It is hard to imagine how someone can work perfectly without having enough patience. It is absolutely true that people who have patience are not necessarily successful, but people who have great achievements must be extremely patient. Having patience is one of the indispensable qualities that a successful person requires.
5. When you were a child, did you find it difficult to concentrate all the time?
当你还是孩子的时候，你认为集中注意力很困难吗?——这里可以各抒己见，不管是赞同还是不赞同都要说出原因。例如：你觉得那时候更加容易集中注意力，因为那时候没有那么多分心的事物，自己也没有太多的烦心事……;如果你觉得现在更容易集中注意力，——因为成人有更强的定力和自制力……
