我个人强烈反对兴建那么多体育场和剧院。因为中国是发展中国家，有许多人仍然在贫困线上挣扎，忍受着贫穷，疾病和文盲。比方说，许多适龄儿童不能接受足够的正规教育，不少贫困地区学生因为无钱而辍学。我觉得政府的首要职责是帮助他们脱贫并改善他们的福利，否则就是在浪费纳税人的血汗钱。
I strongly agaist the construction of stadiums and thearters.Because China is a duveloping country, many people are still struggling at the poverty line and suffering from poverty, disease and illitercy. For example, some eligible children can not receive adequate formal education,some students in the destitute/poverty-strichen/imporerished area drop out of school for lacking of money. I think/In my opinion, the primary responsibility of a government is to help its people agaist/eliminate/alleviate poverty and improve their well-beings/welfare. or not, which lavishes taxpayers'hard-earned cash.

It's no doubt that, the consevation of endangered species is closedly linked by our life. But for developing country, the preservation of rare animals is a luxurious practice. Our goverment should use limited public funds to provide food,clothing and shelter to the pauper and the homeless people.
如果政府大力发展旅游业，一方面可以赚很多外汇，同时可以保护传统文化。
If the government strongly develop tourism, we can earn a lot of/great amounts/a great amount currency, and at the same time conserve the traditional culture.
