二、国家与个人类：国家与公民个人之间的关系。
例题：Every woman is worthy to be respected, educated, and safe from exploitation. It is government’s responsibility to promote and protect their rights. Give the possible reasons and detailed suggestion.
1. 理解题意：国家保护妇女权利的责任、妇女需要国家保护以及存在的问题
2. 分析思路：
妇女本身——历史遗留导致地位低下;生理心理特点导致脆弱。
国家责任——有责任解决历史遗留的不平衡;妇女为国家也作出很多贡献。
措施一：法律手段，制定妇女保护法(基础——respect)
措施二：教育，保护女性受教育的权利(知识——educate)

3. 素材积累
As society develops， women’s social position has been raised greatly. In China, certain laws have been passed to protect women’s rights. In the USA, too, it is illegal to discriminate against women in employment. (具体措施)
Women’s importance in social activities should be acknowledged. They are in no way inferior to men and they should be provided with equal chances in education and employment rather than be looked down upon.(重要性体现)
三、国家与国家类：国家的对外职能，比如说与其他国家的经济、文化、政治或者矛盾等。
例题：Some people say that the increasing business and cultural contact between countries has a positive effect; others say it could contribute to a loss of the countries; identities. Do you agree or disagree?
分析思路：
Positive effects：
Economy——economic resources allocation profit growth
Culture——embrace foreign cultures/publicize native cultures
