通过这个段落大家有没有发觉考官提炼solution的方法是什么?the families---找到问题的承担者，而承担者的特性往往是topic中的中心语(问题肇事者)的“上层建筑”。以此题为例，“肇事者”是student，那么他们的上层建筑就是parents或者是teachers，因为parents即(families)和上文更有联系性，因而选择parents(families)。 其次，问题承担着应该做些什么呢?很简单，就是要“充分意识到自己的错误是会有严重后果的”或者是“充分意识到.....的重要性”，至于具体严重结果是什么，重要性是什么，都统统不用说。之后直接写，if 意识到问题之后的美好未来就可以了。
考官的solution是不是一下子就抓住了事物的本质呀---(要让)肇事者要意识到自己的错误(90%的题目应该都适应这个solution吧)
咱们下面来看一下第二个solution。依然继续来看C4 TEST4 Task2(最后一段)：
Perhaps parenting classes are needed to do this, and high quality nursery schools could beestablished that would support families more in terms of raising the next generation. Thegovernment should fund this kind of parental support, because this is no longer a problem forindividual families, but for society as a whole.
第二个solution 是不是更加的简单?就是“政府应该拿钱帮助肇事者解决现状“，拿钱一般是需要干两件事儿的”1. 多造实物;2. 培养人才“，这篇文章里面其实培养相关人才也是行的通的，并不难写，只不过考官选择了一个更实惠的solution--造实物(盖幼儿园或保育院)。
因此，咱们可以整理出一个思路了遇到“problem and solution”的题目至少有两个可以“以不变应万变”的解决方案：1. (使)肇事者意识到自己的错误(会带来的严重后果)+if 肇事者好好做，全社会都会有美好的未来2. 政府拿钱，要么“培养相关人才”要么“多建实物”来改变现状。
