When should I take the SAT?
Most students take the SAT during the spring of their junior year of high school. Many students choose to take the SAT a second time in the fall of their senior year after becoming familiar with the test day experience.
如果想要参加SAT考试，最好在13至26岁之间报名，不建议考得太早，因为SAT成绩的有效期是两年，过期后还得重考的，建议最好是在高二的时候参加SAT考试。SAT考试如果能够在高二下学期，也就是5月和或6月考出来，是最好的了。因为不但可以比较准确的确定自己可以申请的院校，同时，如果成绩不理想，还可以以这个成绩作为基础先申请，而同时再报一个10月或者11月份的SAT考试，以期获得更好的成绩。
