2.英语语言能力要求English Language Proficiency
All non-native speakers of English must demonstrate English language proficiency: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or IELTS: Official copies of scores must be submitted directly from the testing agency. Student copies are not considered official.
A score of 80 or higher (minimum of 17 on each subscore) on the internet-based TOEFL (iBT) is required, although achieving this score does not guarantee admission. An IELTS score of 6.5 or higher is also acceptable (minimum of 6.0 on each subscore). Or these scores may qualify you for TOEFL/IELTS waiver at the discretion on an admissions officer: SAT Writing Section 480 or higher (7 on essay) or ACT Combined English/Writing 20 or higher (7 on essay).
所有英语为非当地语言的考生都必须要证明自己的英语语言能力，因此考生可以选择TOEFL或者IELTS。
