3.局部主旨题解题技巧
第一步:根据题目要求定位于具体行号或者指定段落。
第二步:则仅根据定位内容做题，避免文章主旨的影响，局部主旨题的主旨只和局部强调的内容相关，不要受文章主旨影响，因为有时局部主旨题的主旨可能和文章主旨相悖。
