3. under 后接某些具有动作意义的名词，表示“在……中”，并且这类结构往往含有被动意义。如under
consideration(在考虑中)，under construction(在建设中)，under trial(在诉讼中)，under medical treatment(在治疗中)，under attack(受到袭击)，under study(在研究中)，under review(在检查中)，under fire(在炮火中)等。比较：
