1. What is your favorite outdoor place to do exercise in a nice day?

My favorite outdoor place to do exercise in a nice day is the park near my house. There are two reasons.
First, the park is of very beautiful environment, which is the best place to work out. There are many beautiful flowers and green trees and grasses there, also the soft breeze in the park touches your face when you are walking in the park, you may feel like closed to the nature, that really relaxes you.
Secondly, you can communicate or make new friends there, because a lot of people will regard park as a place to take a walk or do exercise. Thus you will have a chance to chat with them, sharing each other’s experience which can extend your own social scale.
2. Describe a time when you tried to do something that you have never done. Explain what you did and why you did it.

A time that I tried to do something was to do volunteer work in a propel workshop about marketing held in the center of the city.
First, because this was my first time to attend such an activity, I was curious about how to sign up or receive people and then arrange them in right seats. It is this opportunity that enables me to gain those abilities which will do help me in the future career.
Second, the intellectuals that attended in this meeting were elites from financial fields in China, as a student major in finance, I would get a chance to communicate with them to learn some precious methodology about the marketing. Thus it is very unforgettable for me.
3. What do you think is the most important quality of a working environment: good leaders, good colleagues, or flexible time?

I think the most important quality of a working environment is flexible time.
First, comparing with good leaders and good colleagues, flexible time is more attractive to me, because flexible working time can guarantee me a relaxed atmosphere instead of an intense working environment. For example, if I came across some emergent issues to deal with, I could postpone the less emergent things so that I can have enough time to deal with the emergent things first without haste.
Second, I can have a chance to balance my work and my personal life through flexible time system. For example, once my father got ill, he needed to see a doctor, but I couldn’t ask for a leave because the strict rules of company. As a result, I had to take him to hospital after work at ten o’clock at night. However, if my company had a flexible time system, I would have taken my father to see a doctor earlier. In this way, I could balance my work and my life better.
