范文：I think a good neighbor must have the following qualities. First, this person should be considerate. That includes keeping the noise reasonable when he invites friends over for parties; taking out the garbage everyday and keeping his property clean and tidy so we don’t get pest problems and always having his lawn trimmed so the neighborhood looks pretty. Second, be helpful when others are in need. I used to shovel snow for the lady next door when I was kid because she’s really old and couldn’t bare the cold weather. In return she baked cookies for me from time to time. We got along really well because we knew helping out each other is important.

范文：I would like to give three pieces of advice to a social group which is dedicated to environmental protection. Firstly, they should website to do some publicity members because having more people involved helps it to achieve long-term goals. Currently, a lot of environmental groups have post advertisements on their own websites and by this way, some of them gain support from individuals. Also, it is suggested that they do a series of road shows to promote the public’s awareness and raise some funds.
