范文：As a high school student, I gave my first speech in front of my class, which was the most; unforgettable experience in my life. I had always been nervous when I stood up to speak, so giving my first public speech presented a great challenge. Encouraged by my English teacher started to make good preparations for the presentation, such as doing research, making small cards and creating a PPT file. Every day I would spend approximately 5 hours preparing and practicing the speech.
Good preparation provides me with great support and confidence. By interacting with my audience, I conquered my nervousness and won big applause from my classmates and my teacher. (115 words)

范文：I don't think he should start a job that's far away from home town for the following reasons. First, working far away from hometown means leaving his families and friends. And that might be hard to deal with if he ever runs into troubles. He won't have someone close to talk to about his problems and get the advice he needs. Second, working far away from hometown means he has to adapt to a whole new life style such as getting use to new food or foreign cultures.
