如果我的朋友有演讲恐惧症，他肯定是担心在台上忘词，所以我会建议他在上场之前做好充分的准备，背熟自己的发言稿。就像我们的托福口语考试一样，很少有学生托福口语成绩好是临场发挥出来的，高分数大部分都是准备出来的。第二我会建议他说的慢一点，因为说的慢一点可以给他思考下一句话的时间，让他慢慢的适应这种环境;第三就是希望他和别人保持眼神的接触。因为在演讲中，看着别人的眼睛一方面可以通过别人的反馈来适时的调整自己的演讲稿，另一方面也可以增强自信心，我还会鼓励他平时多多在人流来往密集的地方演讲，适应这种环境。

I have several valuable suggestions for my friend who wants to overcome her fear of doing a public speech. First, be prepared. In addition，when doing the speech，it is suggested that she should speak slowly and control her pace properly to avoid nervousness.
