However, when it comes to confronting upsetting or controversial problems, they might as well consider the effectiveness of each method. As for me, I would surely choose the e-mail or text messaging.

2-4段一般是文章的主干段，包括论点和论据，以及适当的段落转折和连接。
First of all, one can keep calm and state the problems more clearly by using e-mail or text-messaging. As is widely known, it is usually the case that one is prone to be in a comparatively worse mood when he or she has some upsetting or controversial problems to solve. So in this case, he or she often can’t keep his or her temper when speaking directly with others, thus making things worse. However, it is much easier for people to keep calm and to tell the problems objectively and clearly if they choose to use e-mail or text-messaging since they need to form the general outline before starting to write.

Second, many people will feel embarrassed or awkward to share annoying issues directly. Writing problems down, however, is a more indirect means to vent one’s feelings. For instance, when I was in junior school, I encountered a very upsetting problem. Since I would have been nervous and uncomfortable if I’d told my teacher directly, I finally chose to let her know by writing her a note. Delightedly, my teacher helped me clear away my problem by writing a reply. Therefore, in this aspect, the written form was a much easier and more comfortable way to let one to tell the problems.

Last but not least, if upsetting or controversial problems are let out in a written way, they can draw more attention from people, contributing to make such matters dealt with more quickly. Besides, recipients of e-mails and text-messages will pay more attention to written problems and try their best to lend a hand as soon as possible.
