一.构思

①computer：电脑虽然丰富了人们的娱乐生活，但是对人类的健康是有害的，长时间的和电脑接触，导致近视的人越来越多。而且由于电脑本身有很强的radiation，长时间的接触，会导致皮肤产生问题。
②transportation：交通的发展让人和人之间的距离缩短了，也加快了全球化的进程。但是交通的迅速发展，也会影响环境。大气污染和水污染也越来越严重，而且石油等自然资源的迅速减少，也影响了人类的发展。
③Fast food：快餐虽然极大的节省了人们用餐的时间，但是我们不能否认的是，快餐确实是对人类的健康有害的。快餐中往往含有很多的热量和卡路里，缺少维生素和矿物质，如果人们长时间的摄入这些东西，肯定是会对健康有影响的。
二. 组织文章结构
在列举完文章的outline之后，考生就可以下笔写作了，前程百利小编认为，考生在组织文章的时候可以按照introduction，body，conclusion的的结构来组织文章的主要内容。
