As a consequence, we can only enough communicating and compromising with each other.
分论点2：人们持有不同的观点更利于团队的创新，能够得出更好的想法
Besides, if everyone holds the same opinion toward issues, the whole group may fall into a stagnant condition, however, different opinions will boost creativity and produce better ideas, which will help the efficiency of the team. It’s a dangerous situation when people in a team only have one idea, which will hinder the progress of the team instead of achieving success. A good example is the elites of a big company who often argue fiercely but finally reach a consensus on some important points.
分论点3：只有通过讨论的过程，才能够综合地判断问题的复杂性
Finally，only after argue and debate does the situation can be analyzed in a comprehensive way, as the issues are normally complex. For example, if a company wants to expand markets，the employees of the marketing department should contribute their own thoughts and make efforts in different ways, otherwise, it’s impossible for the company to make progress.
在进行中间论述段写作的时候，要注意段落之间的逻辑关系，它们之间是并列，还是转折或者是让步一定要用连接词体现出来。例如，三个开头段分别用了“to begin with, besides, finally”三个表示顺序的连接词。还有”while, as a consequence, however,”等来承接段中的意思表达。此外，三个分论点的内容一定是指向开头的观点，这样才能够保证不跑题。
结尾段：总结陈述中间段的分论点，或者是重申观点，强调观点的正确性。
