一.老师/朋友/家人
这类题目考察的是考生描述身边的人的能力，比如在2010年4月24日的task1Describe your favorite teacher.是让考生描述一下自己最喜欢的老师，在2014年9月14日的task1Decribe a friend of yours. Explain how you become friends, please include reasons and details in your response.就是让考生描述自己最喜欢的朋友。小编认为，针对这类的考题，考生可以从以下几个方面入手。首先有趣，身边的人能赢得自己青睐的原因肯定是funny，humorous，在一起不觉得沉闷。其次是热心，乐于助人。冷漠的人身边是很少有朋友的，老师，朋友，家人往往帮助了自己很多，他们非常的helpful。最后诚实， honesty，faithfulness，诚实是做人的根本。比如考生在回答Describe a person whom you would like to spend time with.题目的时候就可以这样回答 The person I’m fond of talking with very much is my aunt, who is a teacher in a primary school. First, She is funny and outgoing like my peers not like my eldership(姨很有趣，经常可以逗我笑). There is no generation gap between us .She always makes me laugh. Furthermore, she helps me a lot.(她非常乐于助人，总是在我需要帮助的时候，竭尽所能的帮我解决问题) When I meet troubles , she always try her best to help me .
二.领导
这类话题可能会考察考生最喜欢的什么样子的领导，或者是觉得领导该具备怎样的品质。在回答这个题目的时候，考生可以从以下几个方面入手。首先，赏罚分明，好的领导总是可以be equal to everyone without showing favor to any particular one，这是领导的基本素质之一。其次，努力学习和工作，work hard to inspire people，给大家树立榜样。最后，管理能力，好的领导一定是be good at management。综上，如果考生在回答Describe the qualities of a good leader的时候就可以这样组织答案。I think a leader needs at least two important characteristics.
First, a leader should be good at management. (管理能力，可以井井有条的安排工作事项)There are usually a great number of members under the charge of one leader, so a leader is supposed to organize everything well in order to make a company run smoothly.
Secondly, a good leader should be equal to everyone without showing favor to any particular one. Only if the manager of the company put the shoe on the right foot ,can all the employee trust him. (赏罚分明，不偏袒任何人，才能让大家信服)
