(一)为难-不知如何是好。
I‘m at a loss as to what to do?
What should/shall I do?和What am I supposed/going to do?都表达的是我应该怎么办呢?
I really don’t know what to do.
I’m unable to decide for myself.比较难，所以我们重点来看这两个场景。
场景1
Lily is having a talk with Lily.
Lily: Hey, Lucy! What’s up? You look upset.
Lucy: My English class and Chemistry class meet at the same time ,and I really don’t know what to do.我真的不知道如何是好。
场景2
Tom is having a chat with Mike.
Tom: Hi, Mike! Have you decided to go to the US for a further study?
Mike: Not yet. I just can’t decide for myself. It depends on my parents.表示自己决定不好。
(二)为难-这下可麻烦了
It’s a hassle. /It’s a lot of trouble./It’s really a difficult problem./It’s a bir problem.其中，大家比较陌生的就是I am in trouble和It’s a pain in the neck.

Lucy Lily,are you okay? You look pale.
Lily: My sister is waiting for me at the airport, but I had a flat tire. I am in trouble.其中的是I am in trouble就很生动的表达了我的轮胎坏了，这下可麻烦了的含义。

Dora is at the railway station to buy tickets.
Linda:How long have you been waiting ?
Dora:More than 2 hours!Waiting in line is such a pain in neck.表达的是排队等候真是件麻烦事。
(三)安慰-别着急
Don’t worry/I will help/Take it easy/Take your time, there is no rush/Hold on, there is no hurry/Hold your horse/Just relax, I will help you/Don’t get hot and bothered.
