综合写作技巧：
1. 首先快速浏览第一段，一般在第一段中能提取到总观点;
2. 综合写作中的阅读材料大多是节选自一些学术类文章，其结构和内容通常都有较好的逻辑性，对于这类风格的文章，可釆用"结构阅读法”，快速找到核心的句子和关键信息;
3. 不要忽略文章的最后一段，因为文章最后往往也会有一些重要观点和信息的展现;
4. 注意比较级，比较级的情况可能是观点;
5. 注意表示结果的词，这些词后的内容可能是观点;
6. 注意逻辑连接词。
然后是听力部分，经过阅读部分的梳理，们可以预测听力部分是对阅读部分三个观点的反驳。
1. 在听的过程中，应该将重点放在两个材料观点的判断比较上，要弄清楚两者的观点是相互支持还是相互对立，而其对观点的表述又是用何种论证手段来证明的。
2. 建议大家在听的过程中做好笔记，把关键的句子和信息词记下来，为下面的改写做好准备。
3. 写的时候建议在第一段就将听力材料中的主要观点和内容展现出来，并点明两者的观点是否相互支持或是对立。
