分析：
划线部分只有一个单词，Five fledgling sea eagles 是句子主语，left 是谓语动词， their nests是宾语，in western Scotland this summer是介词短语作状语，那么doing的逻辑主语到底是谁呢?是整个句子还是句子主语呢?那到底是eagles可以发出bringing 这个动作还是 eagles的离开可以发出这个动作呢?根据句子意思发现是整个句子的意思鹰的离开发出了这个结果，所以doing的逻辑主语是前面整个句子。看选项，不管bring的逻辑主语是句子的主语还是前面整个句子还是和谓语left并列，都不能是单数第三人称，搜易排除B.剩下选项中有it,即使想要指代eagles 也应该是they，所以代词指代单复数不一致，排除C和D。剩下A和E。A选项的逻辑主语是前面整个句子，E是并列的谓语动词，根据句子意思了解是鹰的离开导致34种野生动物成功的繁殖而不是鹰自己就可以导致34种野生动物的繁殖。所以答案是A。
正确句子：
Five fledgling sea eagles left their nests in western Scotland this summer, bringing to 34 the number of wild birds successfully raised since transplants from Norway began in 1975.
验证：
Five fledgling sea eagles句子主语，left是谓语，their 指代的是eagles，bringing 是前面这个句子所导致的结果状语， since 是连词，连接的是原因状语从句， transplants 是从句主语，began是谓语。
例5： Nobody knows exactly how many languages there are in the world, partly because of the difficulty of distinguishing between a language and the sub-languages or dialects within it, but those who have tried to count typically have found about five thousand.

分析：
Nobody 是句子主语，knows 是谓语动词，how many languages there are in the world,宾语从句由特殊疑问词how引导，partly because of the difficulty是由because of 引导的介词短语做状语，划线部分的it出现了代词的指代，between a language and the sub-languages or dialects within it,可见it指代的是 a language ，因为代词指代的单复数是没有问题的。对比五个选项可以发现B和D和E用的都是them，所以排除。剩下A和C，对比A和C，C中根据句子意思，but those who have tried counting it typically find 的it指代的是how many languages there are in the world这个从句，在代词指代当中，不管是it 还是which都不能指代前面的句子，所以排除C。正确答案是A.
正确句子：
Nobody knows exactly how many languages there are in the world, partly because of the difficulty of distinguishing between a language and the sub-languages or dialects within it, but those who have tried to count typically have found about five thousand.
验证：
句子主语是Nobody ，knows 是谓语动词，how many languages there are in the world,宾语从句由特殊疑问词how引导，后面是between a language and the sub-languages，it指的是between 后面的a language，再往后出现了those ，指的是相同概念不同事物，指的是somebody，因为后面的关系词是who,也就是Nobody ，who的先行词是whose，所以谓语是have这个可数名词的复数的谓语动词。those 的谓语动词是have found。
