21. Feasible adj. 可行的
【例】The idea to have children take care of pets is an appealing one, but it is not feasible unless the children are old enough to understand responsibility. 让孩子照顾宠物是一个很诱人的想法，但是这个想法并不可行，除非孩子到了能够理解责任的年龄。Upon the shrink of export volumes due to the global financial crisis, the Chinese government is looking for feasible ways to create more jobs serving the domestic market. 随着全球金融危机带来的出口萎缩，中国政府在寻找可行的办法，创造更多服务于国内市场的工作机会。
Feasible大家很容易记成可能的，但是它其实是“可以执行的，能够做出来的”的意思，亦即可行。在这里做一个词义辨析，feasible 包括possible和 probable的意思，但是比他们多一层“可执行”的考虑。而probable比possible可能性更强，比如你可以在礼貌地否定某人的观点时说“it is possible, but not very probable”.
22. Initiative n. 主动，发起
【例】When everyone was busy criticizing the government’s failure providing safe school buses for kids in rural areas, a few entrepreneurs took the initiative in attempting to alleviate the school bus condition. 当每个人都忙于批评政府未能给农村地区的孩子提供安全的校车时，几个企业家主动尝试缓解这个校车的状况。The company can seize the initiative by getting its new product to the market before its competitors. 公司若能抢在竞争者之前把新产品打进市场，就能占据主动性。
词汇书上的标准释义这个词是形容词，初始的，起步的。殊不知这个词在使用中更多是做名词使用，而当表达“初始的” 形容词的时候，更多用的是initial。做名词用的时候几个短语搭配都很好用，take the initiative to do something 主动提头做一件事情;something is on one’s own initiative这件事全靠自己主动;have the initiative in something在某事中占据了主动权。
23. Property n. 财产，房地产; 功能，性质
【例】She owns multiple properties around town. 她在城里有多处房产。Real estate property development is usually the culprit of a bubble economy. 房地产开发常常是泡沫经济的元凶。There are a few outstanding properties of the internet media we cannot afford to overlook. 网络媒体有几个突出的特性不容我们忽略。
这个词好记，好发音，崩崩脆的，两个名词释义都这么大路这么常用，建议大家勇猛的用起来。Property的近义词，大家会想起来有quality, feature, attribute。Quality最大路，可以指任何物质的非物质的特征;Feature比较口水，不太正式，指特征;property多指物质的或者物种的特征，不太用来形容人，它的意思跟attribute最接近可以互换。
24. Procrastinate v. 拖延，耽搁，延迟
【例】Sometimes the challenging tasks are challenging because we are awed by its difficulty and procrastinate indefinitely. 有时候挑战的任务之所以挑战，是因为我们被它的难吓到，无休止的拖延
这个词虽然拗口，但是发音完全遵循英文拼写的发音规则，会读就会拼，反之亦然。之所以一定要隆重推出这个低频词汇，主要是因为这个症状在同学们的生活中高频多发。Quit procrastinating and get to work! 别拖了，干活儿吧!
25. Illusion n. 幻象，幻觉
【例】The belief that life was easier for our parents’ generation than for ours is more of an illusion than a fact. 说父母那一代的生活比我们的更容易，幻觉的成分多于事实。
这个词的原意是警幻仙境的那种幻觉，但是在现代英文的使用中多有引申，吵架的时候好用，等于“做梦呢吧您!”中学的时候一个经常被考倒扣分的词汇，dis-illusion-ment， 就是来自于它，但是这个长词用起来就比较文学，不要瞎用，比如你高中时候对大学诸多幻想，大学还没读完就幻想破灭，脑子像被洗了一遍一样，那种感觉可以用disillusionment来形容。
